1. General Refund Terms
The following refund terms apply to balance top-ups made on the Aihelpbot platform.
2. Refund of Unused Balance
- For the completely unused portion of the loaded balance, you may request a refund within 14 days from the payment date.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card).
- The refund process is completed within 5-10 business days.
3. Used Balance
- Balance spent on AI queries (used balance) is non-refundable.
- In case of partial usage, only the unused portion may be refunded.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- If all or a significant portion of the balance has been used.
- If the account has been suspended due to violation of terms of use.
- If more than 14 days have passed since the payment date.
- If fraud or malicious use has been detected.
5. Refund Process
- Request: Send your refund request via email to info@aihelpbot.net.
- Review: Your request will be reviewed within 2 business days.
- Approval/Rejection: Compliance with refund conditions will be evaluated and the result will be communicated to you.
- Processing: Approved refunds will be issued through Stripe to the original payment method.
- Timeline: The refund amount will be reflected on your card within 5-10 business days.
6. Refund Due to Service Interruption
In cases where you are unable to access the service due to platform-related technical issues, the balance corresponding to the affected period will be refunded to your account as credit.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding a refund request, we kindly ask that you first contact us at info@aihelpbot.net. If a mutual resolution cannot be reached, the laws of the Republic of Turkey and the Courts of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
