1. Scope of Service
Aihelpbot ("www.sitemnet.com.tr") provides an AI-powered live support platform service. Users can create, configure, and manage artificial intelligence chatbots that can be integrated into their websites.
2. Account Creation and Responsibility
- Users are obligated to provide accurate and truthful information.
- The user is responsible for account security.
- Password sharing or account transfer is prohibited.
- Users under 18 may use the service with parental consent.
3. Balance and Payment
- The service operates on a prepaid balance system.
- Balance top-ups are securely processed through Stripe.
- Loaded balance is used for AI query costs and service commission.
- Service commission is 30% of the loaded amount and is reflected in usage costs.
4. Usage Limits
- Users may not use the service for unlawful purposes.
- Spam, harassment, fraud, or malicious content generation is prohibited.
- Automated API requests or rate limit violations may be restricted.
- Accounts that violate terms of service may be suspended without warning.
5. Data and Privacy
- User data is processed solely for the purpose of providing the service.
- Conversation data may be used for analysis and service improvement.
- Sharing with third parties occurs only within the scope of legal obligations.

6. AI Content Responsibility
- Responses generated by AI are for reference purposes.
- AI responses should not be relied upon for critical medical, legal, or financial decisions.
- The accuracy of AI outputs is not guaranteed; users must establish their own oversight mechanisms.
- Users accept responsibility for AI-generated responses on their own sites.
7. Service Interruption and Changes
- Aihelpbot may temporarily suspend the service for scheduled maintenance or technical reasons.
- Refunds cannot be requested for pre-announced or scheduled maintenance periods.
- Pricing and features may be changed with prior notice.
8. Account Termination
- Users may request account deletion at any time by sending a request to info@aihelpbot.net.
- Aihelpbot may close accounts without prior notice in case of terms of service violations.
- When an account is deleted, all data is irreversibly deleted within 30 days.
9. Limitation of Liability
Aihelpbot does not accept liability for indirect damages arising from service use. Total liability is limited to payments made in the last 3 months.
10. Jurisdiction
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and Istanbul Courts shall have jurisdiction.
